Horrible management! Refuse to toast bagels even when you are dining in… If I wanted a cold bagel, I would go to the grocery store! Plus, we always end up waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for our food, and they are usually out of some major item like sugar, napkins, bacon, or bagels! It would be one thing if this was a one time thing, but we have had bad experiences over and over again. Their bagels are pretty good, but not worth the hassle, especially if they're going to serve them cold!
I’m new to the area and decided to try something different. I’m so glad I did! The iced coffee is amazing, and the bagels are even better!
