I called BNK services and they sent Mael And Moses Out to take care of me. They did a great job of cleaning and servicing my unit that had not been maintained in years. They also delivered peace of mind giving me a evaluation of the health of my units. In addition they changed out parts that were questionable and recharged the unit. My problems are fixed. The air in my house is much cooler and Dryer in the Hot east Texas Humidity.
Today we had our AC fixed. Our technician replaced our whole system. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs and/or electrical repairs.

All together, I have a home emergency backup solution including the cost of the small room air conditioner for under $2,000. Reliable power is a must for comfort and convenience and, more importantly, to ensure required medical equipment is available as needed.
I recently was having trouble with my Air conditioner.
First, Paul with BNK referred me to a great website to purchase the unit at a really good price. Then, he came for a site visit and gave a clear explanation of how BNK would incorporate the generator into our existing home panel to eliminate the need for bulky extension cords and to make power up in the event of an outage easier. Paul made every effort to schedule our install at our convenience.
The BNK installation team arrived as scheduled on time and made quick work of the installation. They made every effort to accommodate my requests for plug placement, cleaned up after themselves, and took time after the install to walk me through start up and shut down, carefully explaining the process. The way they installed, I can actually select other circuits to be backed up if need be as long as I don't overload the generator.
