Best Florist in Tyler. Everything they do always exceeds my expectaions and makes other florist look terrible when they are side by side. Nothing compares to Country Florist, I now know why they have been open for almost 30 years!

Aswome service and flowers
This was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! They called the RECIPIENT of the "surprise" flowers I was trying to send about 3 times to ask obsurd questions like, "what department do you work in?", but yet "they wern't going to tell her who they were"....REALLY??????? She's going to tell some random person calling her cell phone what department of the hospital she works in?????? Why didn't they call ME- who knows??? Lady on the phone was rude, loud, unapologetic, and cut me off everytime I tried to say something or explain my frusteration. I will never use this florist again or ever recommend it to anyone I know. not to mention they WERE NOT cheap!!! Also advertised a "free download" of the new Lady A album--did I get that? NOOOOOO ---spreading the word....
