I just left the salon, my first time going, and let me just say that i will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Tyler. I RUINED my hair and called them today to see if they could take a walk in to fix it. They were so nice on the phone, got me in within an hour. Everyone there made me feel so welcome, it was like talking to my best friends. I was terrified my hair would be too damaged to touch but Caitlyn worked wonders and made sure I got what I wanted with what my hair could hold. I’m so thankful for them! Thank you to everyone there again for fixing this disaster!
Let me begin by saying I am extremely particular about my hair color! I moved to E. TX 3 years ago and continued driving to Dallas every 6 weeks to have my hair done by the same woman who'd been doing it for 25 years. I was scared to death to change stylists, positive no one could do my hair exactly the way I wanted it. My daughter researched online and found Head Masters and I made an appointment with Kayla. I was a nervous wreck when I went in but she put me completely at ease. She listened carefully to my long, involved description of how I wanted my hair to look and proceeded to color and cut my hair exactly how I liked it, even better in fact! What a waste of time and money I'd spent driving to Dallas all those years when Kayla was right there in Tyler! Do not hesitate if you're looking for a wonderful stylist, just go to Head Masters! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and the salon was spotless. I left with a huge weight off my shoulders, I've found my new hair home! A huge 5 stars plus from me.
We have all had that hair salon experience where when you leave you walk out with the “perfect” hair and then you wake up the next morning and you can’t recreate it. Well I have been going to headmasters for a year now to get my haircut and every stylist I have had here does a fabulous job. My husband and children get their haircut at Headmasters too. They are so attentive and so patient with my kids. My children truly enjoy getting their haircut now.
So much to say about Headmasters but such a short area to write it. One word can some it up!!! Fabulous!!!!

I've been getting my hair cut here for a little over 2 years now. I've never had to wait over 5 minutes to get into a chair even without an appointment. I never had any preference on who cut my hair because they are all very nice, professional, & do great work. But now I strongly recommend Lex! She cut my hair for the first time yesterday & it was awesome! She is very light handed, gentle, & good at what she does! It was probably my best experience ever getting a haircut! They also have the coldest, complimentary, & tasty adult beverages! Don't forget to ask for Lex!!!
This week I decided I wanted to do something different and get a perm. Well my hair did not like it. The staff their especially Mandy and Anglea saw me 3 times this week to try and figure out why my hair had a mind of its own. Each visit they took their time and taught me what I needed to do to get the look I want. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER been to a more caring salon. They 110% go above and beyond for you no matter what. I truly feel like I have made friends and they will have mine and my family’s business indefinitely.
