I'm a very busy person and I appreciated being able to take care of this so easily and then get back to work!
We had a very bad experience with this business. My wife and I were trying to buy carpet from them. We needed to redo the carpet in 2 of our bedrooms. We dealt with a guy named Jim who enticed us with "specials". We picked a carpet and waited for him to come measure our 2 bedrooms. He didn't come when he said he would. After I called the store twice he finally came, but then quoted me over $300 more than original estimate. When I said this seemed more than I expected, he lowered the quote by $100. When I went over the specific measurements of our rooms with him, he finally acknowledged he'd made a mistake because "it was dark when he took the measurements" and lowered the quote to the orginal $750 estimate. We scheduled a day for the install. On the day of the install he called and said the carpet he had in stock was "slightly" different than the one we picked and if it was ok to install that one instead...
The installers were prompt, professional, and did a great job!

The store is very professional and has tons of choices. I called ahead and told them what I was thinking, he had samples ready when I got there (samples that were exactly what I wanted.) It took 2 minutes for me to pick out what I wanted. It took 2 minutes for him to set me up for installation. I went in the store at 3pm on Thursday and they were there installing it at 8:30am Friday morning.
At that point my wife and I had had enough and we decided to shop elsewhere. Southwest carpet one are either incompetent or dishonest and wasted 2 weeks of our time. We'll never set foot in that store again.
I would stay away from this company at all cost. If you need a warranty situation taken care of, you will be last on their list. If you need a repair done, good luck. They put profit first and customer last. This has got to be one of the worst flooring companies in town.
I am a skeptical person by nature, but I was very happy with the service I received.
