October 2016, I was pulled over in Tyler Texas on suspicion of a DWI. Having never been arrested before, I didn’t handle the situation very well. When taken to jail, the officer told me I would lose my driver’s license for 90 days if I signed permission to take a blood /breathalyzer test, and 180 days if I didn’t sign.
