I was very disappointed all the way around here. The service was very poor and the food wasn't that great. The mesquite location is much better all around.
Service took forever to even ask me "How many?" When there were at LEAST 10 different booths open right in front of me with nobody in line.
Had to change a few orders.
Well I see why the rating for this place has declined, I believe it is poorly ran. We went on today to eat and there was a bunch of people waiting to get sat down, but why, when there are literally empty tables everywhere. People were getting up and leaving because they could not get service at their table. We left and Chuy's thanks you for our money. We also called to let the supervisor know what was going on just in case he or she didn't. No surprise they never came to the phone. So you got this bad review instead of hearing it on the phone.

Took almost an hour to get our food that they messed up at not-busy 4 o clock on a Saturday.
I love On the Border!!!! Their GM Olga is one of the nicest people i have ever met!! She always makes my family and i feel at home!!!
