I love storing my furniture at Cumberland. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I love that the units are climate controlled and you have to use the key pad to even access them. They provide big flat dollies for you to load your stuff on and pull to your storage unit, makes life easier. I had a bad experience at another storage facility in Tyler. I will now choose Cumberland Storage for all of my storage needs!
Always clean and well lit. The manager is friendly and polite, and always does her best to ensure that customers are satisfied. Easily accessible with convenient hours.
Cumberland Storage is a great place to store our household stuff during our transition to a new home in Tyler. I was actually shocked at how clean the entire facility is...anyone that pays that close attention to their facility has my best interests in mind. I can't say enough about Stephany the manager she was so helpful. She assisted us with all the information we needed to feel really comfortable about the facility. She also readily helped us when we needed assistance and provided helpful advice. I give Cumberland storage a 5 star rating and will readily recommend it to friends and family‼️

Building is so nice, carts available at all times to unload, big spacious hallways, easy process, covered drive-up for unloading!! Best in town!
