I received a slip in the mail saying i can pick up my package here, but they insist they never had possession of it.
Wont answer my calls and keep giving me the runaround about a package they failed to deliver.
Package was on truck for delivery, then didn't show up for 3 days. When trying to contact a supervisor to ask questions, I got nothing but undeserved hostility and no answers.
This post office is so bad it is actually comical. You walk in to face a closed door. Knock on the door and an annoyed employee will open the top half, eventually. (Every time I've been there the employees act annoyed.) They take your slip and shut the door while they go get it. Open the door, frown, hand you the package. Honestly, it is so ridiculous it makes me laugh.
Special thanks to Jose, who located my package then stayed at work few minutes late so that I could pick it up before it was returned to sender. You're a life saver! :)
Site shows open hours on Saturday; however, they are closed. Would like it to be updated so other people don't waste their time and gas when trying to pick up a package.
