Staff is rude. Especially maintenance. I rent an old house so I inevitably have to call maintenance about every other month. I always get the worst attitude from the guy who processes maintenance requests. Also a lot of our problems are due to their patchwork on the house and never fully fixing a problem. Once we move we will never rent from this property company again. I tell everyone I know to save themselves from the headache of working with this company.
We have been here for almost 6 months, and we love it! Had a few problems right after we moved in, but they were taken care of right away! The staff is very nice and informative. We have moved a round a lot the last 3-4 years, but this is the one place I see my family for years to come! They have properties for any budget or school district. If you call the office, someone is always there to help or to return your call.
They like to take their time on repairs and services
We just moved to Texas from out of state and found Gregory through a Realtor helping us find a home to rent. Everyone has been extremely helpful through the entire process. Upon arrival we had 2 issues (one with lawn and one with air conditioner), and after speaking with David (he is a very nice man who takes the time to listen to the problem(s) and works to remedy them.) our issues were promptly taken care of. We would like to extend a heartfelt "thank you" to David for being so understanding and providing us with prompt service and courteousness. We really are pleased and look forward to more months in our wonderful home. Thank you for making our move from out of state as smooth as could be from your end. Much appreciated!!!
Cindy G has been our out-of-town rental property manager for over 20 years. Great service for those years. But we just sold the property (by remote control) with Cindy as our agent, And got superb service. Cant recommend too highly!!!
