I worked with Ronnie and it was a great job done. We were buying a house and wanted someone we could trust to do the roof before we closed on our home. They came out before the sale, got the quote out, and worked with the seller and us to make sure everything was done well and to code. They also made it easy for us to add gutters where we thought there should be some and the price was excellent. They lowered their rate to work with the insurance company's payout price to not overcharge the seller either. They were kind and professional and prompt and on time. I just had my Mom's house and detached carport re-roofed by Advantage. My contact was Brian Nailling. The job involved removing two layers of old roofing, removing non-functional ventilators and turbines, repairing and replacing decking as needed, installing a ridge vent system and re-roofing. They did a great job on the roof and left the yard clean of all trash and nails. The work crew was careful to protect shrubs and landscaping around the house. Brian also arranged for a contractor to touch-up ceilings that were discolored by existing water leaks. Brian responded quickly when I contacted them, promptly bid the job, and scheduled it for less than a week away. The crew put in 17 to 18 hours a day to finish a huge job in only 3 days. I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.
