I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed any assistance upon entering the store. The two young men (employees) were talking. I tried to find what I was looking for and could not. Asked for help and was guided to the location and not asked if I needed any help after that. One employee proceeded to get on his cell phone. I had to ask for help again for the correct size and again for pricing info. Prices are decent, but the customer service is lacking.
There are not as many brand name stores as you would expect to fund in a larger city mall, but that also means that even on black Friday, you are never going to end up wading through throngs of shoppers trying to squeeze their way into the same store that you barely can manage to find the time to escape to... I personally love "smaller town/city" malls because of that fact... it's kinda relaxing to just go with my wife (or perhaps your friends) and just walk around. The music is never too loud, the temperature is nice, they even have dedicated Military and Expecting Mothers parking.
A good place to take kids shopping for clothes or just to spend a day in town. Food courts, pretzel stands, and fun places to go like Build-A-Bear workshop are all throughout the mall. Great place to entertain the kids and also just to have and Adult-Only kind of day.
Hey its not Dallas ok but it's our hometown mall and it serves us well. It's kept clean and always full of folks having a good time.
If there were a few more stores like, Best Buy, Bass Pro, etc I would definitely rate is 5 stars
Love that it's inside and air conditioning . The phone charging stations are really nice. My experience is and has been always pleasant. Please leave it the way it is and it has most stores that I would revisit. I miss old navy and I would go more but now it's too far. I do look on line but you have to try your clothes on most of the time.
