Long lines and they let tellers leave? Every time around lunch plan on waiting at least 15 to 30 minutes in line. The manager will not come out and help. They also don’t answer the phone.
Could have just been the day but when you go in to speak with a banker, there is no sign in or anyone to greet you. You either just stand or sit there until someone comes or you go to a teller and see if they can assist you. It just needs more friendly service and people who answer the phone.
It is 12:35pm. I am standing in a long line on my lunch break inside this bank and they have only 1(one) teller. There is 8 other people in front of me and they are just as unhappy as I am and I have 4 people behind me. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GETTING AN ACCOUNT HERE....DONT DO IT!!!
Only one teller at drive in..long wait. Only one teller inside...long wait. I don't look forward to doing business with BAC.
HORRIBLE!!! The location on Golden Rd. is always busy especially during peak times of the day. Lunch and after work, but get there before 5:00pm. You would think at this day and age we as customers would get outstanding customer service!!!! Can you please have all hands on deck during lunch, as this is when people who work try to get errands like this done? I don't think this is asking too much, customer service should be your top priority!!!! My daughter banks here, but I will not be opening an account here!!!!
Finally made it to a teller at 12:56pm and was told because I don't have a ACCOUNT, (the check is written from a bank of america account), she was going to charge me $8.00. I have NEVER been charged a dime to cash a check. I can go to Wal-Mart and cash it for $3.00. This lady probably read my review of their sorry bank. WORST BANK EVER!!!!
