This bank sucks. Every time I call no one answers and recording tells me to call another number. Why can't it just transfer to a mobile teller like ALL other good banks. I don't live in tyler and live 45 minutes from closest chase which is this and sometimes I just have a general question but I can't GO to the bank to get it answered.
