I truly cannot say enough positive things about Mind & Body Wellness Spa. The owners, Teresa & Steve Fath are so amazing. I decided a little over a year and a half ago that I wanted to do something about my weight. I am a mom to s 4 year old as well as a workaholic so I don't have a lot of time. We started by making s goal and a timeline and from there came up with a plan that worked for me & my lifestyle. They didn't help me go on s diet they helped my whole family with s healthy lifestyle change. I lost on total around 90 lbs and couldn't be happier about it! Teresa you were my Rick through all of this! I can't thank you enough!!!!
Teresa and Dr. Faith are excellent. I came to them with issues sleeping, lack of energy, and inability to focus. After treatment I've noticed significant improvement in both my sleep, focus but also in general energy levels across the board. I highly recommend this place!

Unlike much of the medical profession handcuffed to an insurance company’s dictates, the Mind and Body Wellness Spa focused on my health and well-being. The staff listened to my feedback and designed a regimen specific to my needs which I greatly appreciated and found refreshing. The goals established in my first consultation centered around a cure versus management by prescription. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, educated, personable and passionate about the patient experience.

I love this place! I am 68 years old and presently on my second round of hormones and can say that it has changed my life in only positive ways. My blood pressure is lower than it has been in 30 years and my arthritis went away after my first round. My energy is better than it's been in years and therefore I feel like taking care of myself. The benefits of getting your hormones back to where they were in your younger years are many. The things they claim will happen are real. I'm a true believer! Thank you!
