Its the starbuckinest most Starbucks around. This store specifically is or was at one time one of the busiest locations in all of Texas. (Like really, I've seen the numbers) This is due to in my opinion to the speed of the drive-thru and it's location within the city that so many people pass so often. That being said, the drive-thru may be lined up out into the street but inside the café it feels like any other location. It is clean, welcoming, and covered in gauche coffee whatnot.
The hub of all other Starbucks in town, this store is perpetually busy but business and customer service do not suffer. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I'm always glad to tip my barista.
Latte was weak coffee, not like the rich strong flavor it is in most Starbucks I have been to. The orders were set out and my name was not called out. I finally just checked the cups that were there and found mine after waiting too long. Suggestion is to put the mobile orders in a different spot than the spot where mobile orders are placed. Not a good system.
The drinks are typically good. The sandwiches are tasty if you can get them to give you what you order.
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot of em). I didn't think you could mess up a plain ice coffee(two ingredients, Ice and coffee), but they managed to do it.. TWICE! Not to mention attitude here was pretty lack luster and they all seemed to be somewhere else.
