The parts department at Broadway Powersports is really good for this area. When shopping parts, what is it that we, the customer, really want? In stock, at a great price! Gloves, boots, helmets, jackets, etc... They have them in stock by a handful of the major brands. Prices are comparable to what I can find on the internet, so I normally shop here first to keep my money in the local economy. The staff are friendly and help you find what you need. And of course, they can order nearly anything you want and have it in a few days. Overall, I'm impressed by the parts department. Give them a chance, I think they'll take care of you.

My fiancé and I bought a 2017 Kawasaki Ninja and we called around to quite a few places in Dallas to find the best price, and Broadway Powersports beat every dealership in Dallas by over $1,000! The walk out price on the bike was under the MSRP and they even held it for us for over a week while we were waiting for my fiancé to get his motorcycle license. We NEVER felt pressured to buy anything, but we felt extremely informed on all of our choices. We even added a helmet to our financing after spending over an hour learning about our options. The financing process was extremely painless and they only ran our credit to one financing company to see if we'd be approved, instead of running it through a lot of different companies. We will continue to do business with them in the future!
I recently had some service work done here. Absolutely loved the friendly service staff. Tucker was the best. My wife dropped off my tire and they took very good care of her and made it so easy. I came to pick it up and tucker again took excellent care of me. The service manager even came out and made me feel so good about being a disabled vet. Thank you so much.
