Fairway Auto Center is just great! I have used their service department numerous times and absolutely love using the complimentary valet service that takes care of my oil change while at work! We recently bought my husbands new GMC truck there from Lee and it was such a fast and easy process! Thank you fairway!!
I bought a truck from Fairway (which isnt fair at all) and also got their warranty that they suggested I get. They told me it was a bumber to bumber warranty so i wouldnt have to worry. Well when I had problems with my turbo in my truck I went to them and they said it wouldnt be covered as well as a few other things. So i went to another auto place and they were able to replace and cover everything the warranty said it would since the warranty was a third party. I guess they just didnt want to do the work so my suggestion do not buy a car from here
Michael Anders has been so amazing to us! He made the trade in of our old vehicle and purchase of a new vehicle from their lot seamless and amazing! We were able to spend time contemplating every detail to get exactly what we want, and when our new vehicle needed servicing, he offered us a rental while we had everything taken care of. I absolutely LOVE Fairway and their incredible service, especially Michael!
They're kind of big deal, figured people ought to know! Very friendly, transparent customer service, and the employees were all very professional and fully attentive to all my questions and concerns. If you are interested in using anyone in the Tyler area, I would highly recommend Fairway Auto!
They responded very well to my emails, drove two hours to look at a car and I have to say, out of all dealerships this was by far the best... I wasn't pushed into buying anything, was not " harassed", was not pushed into buying something different because I couldn't get my payment where I needed it for the car I wanted. They stayed late because I got there so late and never once complained. Also the car had a few things that needed to be fixed before I even thought about purchasing it and without the big guy knowing what those were he came in saying that he was having them all replaced/ fixed before i was to leave with it.... thanks guys for EVERYTHING!
