It has nice clothes but it is very disorganized
If you go to the new mall shopping center don't even waste your time at forever 21 the place is disgusting and gross. Piles of clothes on the dirty floors. There are boxes everywhere, dust bunnies like crazy on the floor and all over the clothes, there is stuff thrown everywhere no order at all!!! Staff are no help and pay no attention to anyone! I get some times they get new stuff in so it's in boxes but this is ridiculous! This was at 10 in the morning not before closing when people might have messed up their racks.... I just walked out it was so gross. To bad I can't add pictures for proof.
The men section is too small
Found one thing in the entire store that I would ever wear. It was a GREAT deal. But was just about the only thing in the store that wasn’t a crop top or a leotard. Maybe I’m just getting old?
