This is an amazing gym! I go here when I'm home from college during the summer and winter. I thoroughly enjoy it, especially the staff. Everyone on staff is incredibly nice and so willing to help with anything and everything. Highly recommend Life Changing Fitness for your gym needs!!
I am not a fitness person at all and going to life changing fitness was such a great experience for me the one on one attention from the staff and the motivation they give you through out the work out session you could not ask for anything better. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable of physical exercise and nutrition this is a one of kind GYM and I would recommend anyone to try them out.!! wish I could give it 10 stars
While attending another function in Tyler, I scheduled & attended one of their classes in order to stay on track with my fitness. I have to say that everyone was very helpful and supportive -- especially when it came time for me to use New to me equipment (TRX). Taylor Ball is an awesome and energetic leader. I will definitely attend another class at LCF when I'm in Tyler again. Truly no judgment from anyone here. All participants were amazing.
Life Changing Fitness has been a life savor! Some places say "no judging" but this place takes it to the next level. There are folks of all different levels sweating it out next to each other without a second thought. Love this place!
LCF has been wonderful for me! Trainers and staff very helpful and encouraging. Classes daily or you can do it alone, someone is always watching to make sure you are using machines and doing exercises correctly! Enjoyable fun atmosphere! Highly recommend this gym for all age groups you will be pleasantly surprised!
