I sat there for LITERALLY an hour trying to get my nails done. The salon was not busy and I was the only person waiting in the waiting area. TWO people walked in after me and got sat almost immediately. They did NOT have an appointment. I was ignored by all members of the staff. I will NOT be returning.
Lucy is the BEST nail tech!!! But Henry is the owner needs to go home. Bad attitude! And the newest thing is they no longer take appointments on the weekend. Who does that in the working world? Go somewhere else where they appreciate your business.
i have been coming here for 2 years and have never had any problems. lucy has always done my nails and they have always looked wonderful. i’ve been getting my nails the same way for the past two years and have ALWAYS paid $40 for the shape, length, and dip powder plus $5 for her tip. today i came and lucy was unavailable so they sat me with someone named sam. she started to go on about how i would be charged extra for the length and shape i always get. i explained to her how much i usually pay for the exact same thing and she started to get really loud about it. she yelled for lucy to come over to her table (meanwhile lucy was with another customer) to explain and made a huge deal out of everything. she completely embarrassed me because we were in front of other customers. after that i had had enough of her and asked if i could just wait for lucy. sam is completely unprofessional and does not have good customer service skills and laughed the whole time as if this were a joke. she had already put the tips on and when i asked her to remove them while i waited, she refused at first, but then decided to cut them all different ways and lengths because she was mad at me. the owners however were very kind about the situation. the one star is for sam and for how she treated me as a customer. i’m honestly debating if i will ever come back here again.
very disappointed! I went there for my very first time to get a regular shellac manicure it was pretty expensive for me but hey thought I was paying for a really good quality, turns out I had to go back AGAIN the next day! which I live 35 min away. The shellac was cracking on multiple nails.
I went in to get my nails done with my boyfriend that wanted a basic manicure. The manager front desk lady was horribly rude to me & she rushed me to pick out my color because they only had one board & it was crowded. I'd only had the board for maybe 2 minutes. I got color powder acrylic full set which said $35 on the menu but rang up as $40 due to "the color I chose" which was a basic color on the board. My bf kept getting skipped on purpose to please those that came in after us that were getting more expensive things done. I do not recommend because they are expensive, rude, and undeserving of business.
