I made an appointment for 3 pedicures. We arrived on time and got seated right away. Someone came over and attended 1 of us. 35 minutes later my feet were pruney, my patience was gone and neither I nor my mom had gotten no service! My friend was finished and getting her sandals on when someone showed up. By then I was walking out the door. 2 other groups came in after us and left as well. They were not even busy, but rather understaffed. They should not have taken the appointment. Beyond that, the lack of cleanliness of the work stations was concerning as was the customer service.
My first manicure. Tyler did an awesome job. I really like the place. Already made my next appointment.
Will definitely be back...have been to other nail salons in the area....they have done the best...great service great looking nails at a great price
