The past two times I've gone I waited up front for someone to ask what I wanted done. One employee even started walking up then just sat down in the waiting chairs with out saying a word. Every One else just kept looking at me and didn't bother asking what I needed. When I finally did get taken to the back the employees eyes got big when I told her I wanted my under arms waxed. She said "I don't do under arms". That happened to me the last two times. I don't believe they should offer a service if their employees don't want to do it. I've also had two shirts ruined because they've spilled wax on the shirt it self during an eyebrow wax.
I was greeted warmly by the staff when I walked in. The staff was the epitome of grace and elegance! This salon is peaceful and clean. They have reasonable prices and It is definitely safe to say that this will be my go to!
The owner Jimmy is rude and I do not get the same service each time I go to this shop. This rude attitude has not happened only once but 5 times! I was a very good customer for 2 years and I have 5 daughters and their boyfriends that I have taken for pedicures. I am not sure but I think he has mistaken me for someone else. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I spend a lot of money on nails and things so I just want people to know how I have been treated in that shop. The last and final time I went there is was told that coffin nails were for someone else younger than me! So she gave me square nails. I feel that if I am paying for something I should get what I want with no smart answers. If someone wants my $25 membership card, you are welcome to it. That was another thing, he was giving away membership cards but refused mine when I showed it to them and charged me for the card! I saw him taking everyone else's card before and after me. I think you need a class on customer service. First lesson, Is to retain customers. Return customers make your business!!! Everyone knows that...
I went in this salon for a gel manicure. It's a great services! I was so very impressed with staff and the salon …So Amazing! I have really sensitive hands and she helped me. The pricing is reasonable. This is the only place to me. And it's very nice place!
This place is relaxing, they do not rush. The owner is very kind and understanding!! I highly recommend them. All of the staff is super polite. I am highly satisfied, Margie did great on my pedi, and Kelly did awesome as well on my dipped nails. Thank you guys so much.
