Lucky does good job cleaning and the staff is very friendly. However, This location needs a delivery service for all customers because after all we're paying in at advance for the cleaning service.

I haven't had to use a dry cleaning company in quite some time. I have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and reminds you of a smaller organization or family operated business. They have earned my business!!!!!!!
My experience with Luckys Cleaners Hwy 155 Tyler Tx. I carried my husbands brand new Polo Shirt that had been worn 1 time in there a year and a half ago and when I got it back it had several holes in it, I returned to them and the owner said he would get his seemstress to fix it and you would not tell it. What a joke!!! I carried him the receipt and he goes and purchases a sweater that didn't fit them a tan sweater nor did it fit. He's 6'4" tall and not just any clothes fit him then he told me to get a receipt which I did still has not replaced the shirt which is all we wanted, no money back and has kept the shirt they ruined. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO ANY LUCKY CLEANERS OR GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYTHING DONE WHEN THEY RUIN IT. They ruined his shirt then kept his shirt not returning it so they damaged it then stole it. JUST BEWARE. I'm contacting the BBB and trying to get the word out.
