It never pays to treat a customer badly. Now all of our clothes go to The Cleaning Co.
He took it in to talk to them about it, and was told that "he could not speak to the manager...and, there was nothing they would do about it."
When he got his clothes back, one of his $200.00 sweaters had a hole burnt in the pocket the size of a silver dollar.
Recently, my son-in-law took some of his clothes by Fite's on Troup. He was a new customer to them, as he has just recently moved here from L.A.
Fite's I suspect is one of those long time Tyler businesses that believes that since they have been here so long, and most likely have long time customer's to keep them in business, they do not have to hold to quality standards.
What kind of service is that? I wish I would have known that he was going to consider using them, because I would have told him that I quit using them long ago because of their poor, over rated, egotistical attitude, and service.
