Mr. Howard Tagg is not just an attorney but also a kind hearted person. He shows concern for you as a person who is having a hard time and struggling. He made the process easy for me and he knew it was a difficult situation. I highly recommended him. It was a very good experience.
So this is my experience and is not intended to disparage this firm or the lawyer. I went in and met with this lawyer but was not given correct advice regarding my situation. While I was trying to explain my situation the lawyer seemed more interested in checking his gmail account for potential new clients. I was told by the lawyer that I was not eligible for bankruptcy because I made too much money. In fact, the lawyer tried to tell me he’d be willing to represent me in credit negotiation for a nominal fee (the same fee as chapter 7). Because I made too much money my options were few according to him; I left discouraged. As I got in my truck and began driving away I happened to pass Gordon Moseleys office (same road). I scheduled an appointment with him and 1 month later I filed chapter 7 in bankruptcy court. Filing for bankruptcy is a scary and very emotional time, and my experience with this lawyer was not positive.
We just completed our bankruptcy and want to thank Mr. Tagg and his staff for the wonderful care we received throughout the entire process. We were so stressed and worried about everything but Mr. Tagg was always available and happy to answer all our questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Hiring Mr. Tagg was a great decision for us and we would highly recommend him.
I hired Mr. Tagg after reading his 5 star review at the Better Business Bureau and interviewing two other lawyers. He immediately struck me as someone I could trust and I was not disappointed. We had a number of lawsuits pending against us when we filed and two local banks who were particularly aggressive in their collection efforts. As soon as we hired Mr. Tagg he and his staff took over and we never had to deal with the lawsuits or our creditors again. He was always available every time we had a question and his fee was very reasonable, cheaper in fact than the other two lawyers I had interviewed. I highly recommend M.
