Awful staff, and ill-equipped maintenance team. Several requests for maintenance regarding pests, broken kitchen floor tiles, among other things have all gone unaddressed. Satellites haphazardly mounted in such a manner that people are tripping and falling over wires. I'm not sure how this place continues to procure business. Completely irresponsible.

My experience at Park at Shiloh has been awesome. My husband and I moved in as newlyweds in July of 2014. The staff there are very kind and helpful. I enjoyed the monthly events they offered. Whenever minor things need to get fixed they kept their word. Thank you Ms. Katherine and Ms. Linda for everything!!! We will miss you, blessings!
