Decent pho. Homemade dishes. Mom needed another server to help expedite things.
Very rude staff, they served me in to go boxes and when I said I'm staying she didn't apologize and lied said I asked for to go ... unlike other pho kitchens the food dish was small and the waitress was so rude when I asked for some egg rolls she didn't even approach my table and from distance said they don't have it. I had to leave the restaurant offended angry and hungry. She seemed to be nice to their regular customers, I will never go back
Very good authentic food. They serve Jasmine tea that is really good too. Kid friendly too. They have high chairs.
the service was good. We ordered #9, #11 and #11a. Didn't like any of them compare to what we tried at other Pho places.
I was in Tyler for business. I was genuinely surprised how delightful the Pho flavor was. The broth was clear not heavy. I also ordered some summer rolls to go. And now I am a happy camper having my rolls at DFW. Will definitely drop by again whenever I visit
