Awesome company to work for! I am so glad that I made the decision to work for this company. The staff are friendly and make you feel like you are part of a family.
They are making people pay more on lot rent and they are not offering services. They don't trim trees or mow for you but they expect you to pay almost $400 a month for 20ft of yard around your house. Don't like it here anymore. You pay expensive lot rent and they don't do anything for you. Every time we head to the pool it's closed for cleaning and they close it all day. They have a dump site that you pay for and they won't let you use it, good thing the maintenance guys don't care. Once our house is paid for or we get a different lender other than Clayton bank and trust, we are moving. They need new supervisor who are here for you and not a stuck up woman who thinks she owns it, since everyone that lives here pays their salary. If you have children and enjoy letting them play and have toys outside don't move here.
