Bathrooms are disgusting!! Nonexistent customer service not impressed, to say the least

They definitely don't care about their customers. Was ready to buy all four of my kids boots and couldn't get any help. As soon as we came in the lady looked at us and didn't say a word. But the next customer that came in was greeted and helped. The next customer was helped. Won't step back in that store again.
The waiter Matt was awesome. Attentive but not annoying. He was slammed but managed to be really prompt and friendly.
I walked into the store and all they said was hi I said hi back walk towards the boot section I looked for over 30 minutes and nobody ever approached me to offer help I looked and could only see one lady at the cash register so I left and she didn't even bother to ask if I found what I was looking for
