The store manager was very helpful and kind.
My husband and I went to show palace to purchase a pair of shoes for my 2 year old. I noticed there were about 4-5 workers and the only customers were us and a mo there and her 2 kids. We went to the back section where the toddler shoes are and we stood there waiting for some one to ask if we needed help. We they kept walking back and forth talking about "where the hoes at" and I got so fed up I sent my husband to ask for help. And as the hispanic kid was helping the black kid kept asking him where the girls were. I work customer service and this was not cool! So unprofessional. And they kept talking about how the owner don't like it when they use their phone but they did it anyways and laughed about it.
The store manager was extremely helpful and they have a great and unique women's shoe selection!
