I have had a storage unit at this place for.....2 1/2 years? A year and a half not even living in Tyler. Never had a problem! The woman that works there is always quite pleasant over the phone and in person. I'm notoriously late because I forget what day it is. I get a reminder call when I'm late, but never been a real issue. What's fair is fair and I pay the fee. Just pay for your rent and there is no issue. Unit is safe, secure, and dry.
I have been looking for a storage place in the area and was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews but I had a wonderful experience. The management was nice the pricing and units were great and I am very happy with my choice. This place is easy no nonsense and perfect for a storage facility.
My friend wanted to put her stuff here but was unable due to the size space/availability she needed. The place she ended up was REALLY shady! They kept raising her rent and horrible terrain to get to her unit! So, I would be careful of other places in Tyler.
I have used them for years. It is kept so clean and good security as they have someone that is on site at all times. Kathryn in the office has been wonderful. She is always so pleasant and knows the business. I would recommend this place to everyone

Absolutely the best storage in town. The staff is super nice, I actually enjoy having to go pay my bill so I can chit chat lol. The units are clean and fresh. Easy access to the units. Highly recommend! Especially for college students because the prices are great and it is near both of my schools.
