Clicks is an awesome place for live music, cold beer, or a great game of pool. It's really laid back and the bands they book are really great more often than not. Conveniently located next to a McDonalds for all your drunchie needs.

If we would have only been scanned upon entry the first time and allowed to buy drinks when we entered the second time (bartenders were behind the bar) it would have been a much more chilled and relaxed time. As it was, everyone was confused about having to exit the venue and the process of how our tickets were getting scanned, and we lost our front row seats. A little foresight and proactive planning is my recommendation. Other venues for this same band handled things MUCH differently, avoiding the two hassles mentioned above.

So, lack of professionalism and preparedness are my two stars that are missing.

Staff wasn't ready for ticketed entry for a concert that was after a meet and greet event. We were ushered back outside in the heat, losing our front row seats we had earned by being in line almost an hour early. (All seats were general admission.) We meet and greet fans were let back inside about 30 minutes later and 15 mins earlier than the regular ticket holders, having to form a new line according to how we exited, not by order of arrival.

The bar tender was great and the place was as clean as enjoyable

Also, the staff needs to recognize ahead of time that this was an unplugged, acoustic event. Their noise level, not that of the ticket holders in the bar area, was distracting at times. It took away from the ambiance of the setting.

This is not your average bar. This place has inside bar, outside bar, concert stage and plenty of seating both in and outside. I preferred the seating ouside over the inside for two reasons. One, seating around a warm fire pit while you sip ypur beverage of choice, two i tend to vear away from large and noisy crowded areas. Though if you like the loud and crowded feel of a pool hall/stageside, inside would be better for you... And if you like, you can venture in and out at will, as long as you dont lose your control bracelet.

The bar didn't start selling drinks until all ticket holders were allowed in, creating a rush and a crowd at the bar.

Just moved to area. Was told this place has Karaoke Wednesdays. Came in around 7pm was told it started at 9.... It's now9:30 still hasn't started. Talked to KJ hr ago gave him our songs.. He just stated that first 30 minutes will be DJ choice... In other words if you want a free drink then he calls someone up to sing what he chooses for you.... No person who turns in songs in any order will get to sing... Any time soon... Will not be coming back. Courtesy of telling new comers would be appreciated.
