Had crab cakes with an EXCELLENT sauce (can't remember what it's called) for appetizers. Alfredo pasta with shrimp. Excellent service, clean restaurant, and great atmosphere.

Excellent price value! Food was very tasty and well prepared. Very nice food presentation too! Service was good, classy atmosphere... made for an enjoyable dining experience.

Our first experience with Dakota's was a couple of years ago at the old location and I thought it was a decent restaurant with fairly good service. We experienced the new location recently and while the atmosphere attempts an upscale steakhouse, the service and food do not. Word of mouth would tell you that this establishment could rival an established steakhouse from a larger city. It does not. The food was good and the service was acceptable but neither were outstanding. We will most likely dine here again but with renewed expectations.
The food was good, the service was good but the price....what the! People walked out when they saw the menu. We considered it also. Overall this is a really nice place though. Bring a chick you want to show you have money and buy her a 50 dollar steak. Yes it will be good, i just think it should have either been more for the money or less money for the food.
