Absolutely fantastic experience. After hunting for a good deal for a couple months and putting up with so many pushy salesmen, Trey and crew were a much-needed welcomed breath of fresh air. They have a very relaxed, no pressure atmosphere, and they're very reasonable with regard to trade value and sale prices. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a shot.
I drove 5 hours to purchase my car because from the first time on the phone, I had the immediate feeling that I was respected as a customer. Jackson and Trey answered all my questions and even send me additional pictures of the car so I could confidently make the decision to make the 330 mile drive down there. Once at the lot, which has a lot of options for any demand I'd say, I was presented with the car exactly as described and was given all the time I needed to check out the vehicle. No pushy approaches or pitches. Great car dealership and a fantastic buying experience. I will recommend this place to all my friends and anyone reading this. J&L Auto should be your used car buying choice.
The team worked to obtain financing for me and took no time at all. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and courteous. Distance for me to drive was a little much but was worth it,
If I could give no stars, I would. I purchased my vehicle back in May. After purchasing it, I told J&L there was a problem with the alignment, so they had me take it to Jimmy Browns who did an alignment...I left and my car was still pulling to the right. They had me take it back up there and then I was told that I have a bent rim (turned out to be two) and they replaced them and gave me 4 new tires. I left again with the vehicle still pulling to the right. I expressed my concerns. J&L was supposed to have came and picked my vehicle up from my work because I had taken off so much going back and forth because of issues with the car during which I found out the vehicle had been wrecked and this was not mentioned to me even after I specifically asked if it had been, and they were supposed to replace the left rear window switch because it didn't work from the driver's door. Guess what, they never showed up to pick up my vehicle. Here I am five months later, and my front right tire has wire showing through the rubber and J&L and Jimmy Brown's both say the vehicle was sold as is. I told them something was wrong and neither place listened to me and said the problem was taken care of when, indeed, it was not. I had someone look at the vehicle yesterday and told me that the reason my car has been pulling to the right and my tire is ruined is because the steering rack needed to be replaced! So thank you J&L and Jimmy Brown's for your terrible customer service and for screwing me over yet again!
