All I did was ask questions and after being told that the down payment was now $1600 rather than the price I had been told before I began asking questions ($1500) I asked why the price change and I was informed that he (Robby, the owner) "Wasn't getting good vibes" so I was turned away. VERY disappointed, you'll have a better experience overall just by going to Classic Toyota in Tyler or anywhere else for that matter, Because that's where I'm headed now.

The customer service is sub-par. Was super nice until I had questions about the car I was about to pay $1500 down on that day. The trunk liner was missing, had a crack in the windshield, had peices of the interior lining falling off, and the fender sticking out. This was a nice car none-the less because it was 6 years old, so I was only worried about the HUGE crack in the windshield.
