Not impressed. I own an Avalon that I purchased at Classic. Was told to come in for recall work, which would take 5+ hours. Not offered a courtesy vehicle, told 3 different price to rent a car. Reserved a Camry, got a Rav 4...which was nasty. Should've gone to Dallas, customer service is steller at Sewell.
Wife had an accident and getting the car repaired at Classic Body Shop, have been driving a rental from Classic for the past few days and will have to say that the Rental Department is fantastic, Vrenda is the greatest !!!!!
