I ONLY rent from Hertz in Tyler. Rented last Friday and will again this Friday. It makes the long distance relationship and any leisure travel I have possible. They have the best prices, my car is ready for me when I arrive, and the ensure that I have a car with cruise control for my long distances.
Hertz has the best rates, unlimited miles and you can take the car anywhere in the country unlike other rental car companies. Manager Aristotle, Brad and the others know me on a last name basis, showing respect to me:) I also recently turned a friend onto Hertz, we both love earning points toward free rentals as well. 10 STARS all around! The remodeled office also looks great!

Reservations apparently mean nothing to them. I’ve had two occasions where I had a reservation, but waited until I was there and trying to get a car before they informed me that they don’t have any cars for me. Pathetic. Not worth your time.
The agent was knowledgeable about in ins and outs of renting from Hertz. Will definitely use their services again.
