I have used Enterprise for 16 years and they have always treated me as just another customer. That is until I went to the airport office. They treated me exceptionally well. I had to keep the vehicle longer than planned and there was never a problem. Check in and out was quick and efficient. Highly recommend Enterprise at the airport.
Went here to get a replacement car after one was damaged and Tracy the service representative here was absolutely terrible. The worst customer service I have ever received and would not recommend them to anyone. I will not be Renton from enterprise ever again
Jonathan @ Tyler Pounds Enterprise location was the best. He was very sensitive to our needs and got us the BEST 15 passenger van for our 2000 mile trip. Traveling with 7 grand children 10 and under - 4 in car seats - was a challenge and the High Top Ford Transit allowed each child (and adult) to have their own space and plenty of space for luggageon the trip. With the luggage out, there was room for the rest of the family at our destination. The mpg was better than my everyday SUV! We have determined this was a great investment for our trip and the price at Pounds Enterprise was better than every other location I checked into. KUDOS to Jonathan.
Be very careful renting from this location. Closes on Saturday evening before the last flight of the day. Also, if your flight from DFW is delayed, have alternate transportation plans. The desk closes regardless of whether or not the last flight of the day has arrived.
The airport location is absolutely the best. Tracy was without a doubt the friendliest, most personable ever. We were treated excellently and Tracy met our every need. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental vehicle.
