Customer service just isn't a priority to Excel Car Wash, especially with a low quality manager like Ben Zuniga!
Worce place to go. Knocked of side wheel trim, employee told me up front he saw my car go in without it and if he don't find it that answers his question. Well, he came out with my trim piece 15min later. Vacuum pressure is horrible! !! Don't use this place!
Best car wash in Tyler!! Prices below other drive throughs ($12 for the best without wax, other washes want 18 for that). Does a great job, with free vacuums for after. I've been there dozens of times, and will come back.
Super fast and good. Love this place when I'm in a hurry and need to get the car look nice and fresh!
We spent two minutes with a towel and a bottle of all-purpose cleaner to remove what the car wash should have, and what Zuniga was too lazy to do himself. We'll never be back. Recommend Tylerites avoid this place like the plague! If you're really desperate, and all of the other car washes in South Tyler went out of business, at least don't invest into any of the upgrades!
Place is a rip off. Half of the vaccumes don't work, and I payed extra for tire shine that didn't work.
What a RIPOFF!!! Bought the most expensive wash they have, and it couldn't even get a few bugs off the hood!
Even worse, when I brought the problem to the attention of the manager "Ben Zuniga", his attitude was pathetic. He acted as though something was wrong with us for expecting the car to actually be clean! Ben Zuniga treated us like a piece of meat with a number on it.
