I spoke to the DISTRICT MANAGER Mike who had no concern for my loss, did not even apologize just simply said " we will not help you in anyway with the damages and we have policies in place that make you "the end user" responsible for the damages that occur on our property."
This car wash not good. They suppose to brush car with brush. The African told your car not dirt. Lazy workers getting paid for standing around. I never come here again.
I took my 4runner through this car wash this weekend and it was not the first time for me to use them but today the unthinkable happened. I payed for the 15$ wash and came out with $4047.17 worth of damage. I filled a incident report only for them to contact me today and them tell me that they are not liable in anyway. The have 2 signs that say that aftermarket product are not covered if damage occurs. My roof rack is NOT a cheap piece of metal it is a $1100 piece of equipment and the spinner boom tried to rip it off.
