I got my car back and i can easily find so many dirty spot with dust. And manager told me that i need to pay extra to clean them all.
on 7/18 i had a "pile" of large change stolen from my ash tray. I called to complain and the manager never returned my call. I have been going here for 18 years and now i wont go back. The same day a woman in front of me also complained and they dind nothing. I would enter a "no star" if it would let me.
Terrible.
I wish i can give 0 star.
The worst car wash ever.
After i paid $20, after they finished majority of work, they said they need to do detail cleaning.
To start, the prices and services are not all as advertised on television. The only hand washed and waxed vehicles are Corvettes and Porsche. So advertising they still do the old fashion hand wash and wax is a stretch. Since I do not drive the two selected vehicles for this service I could get the $17.99 option with spray on wax. I passed on that and just did the $12.99 full service. About 5 miles from location I noticed my dash. Most of dash was clean except right in front of driver. (Go figure) also noticed spot near door handle as I got out. Same dirty spot as before the full service.
I came back home and i cleaned them with my old clothes and they are gone. Please see my pictures.
And it was bad decision.
I talked to manager and he asked me to wait for detail guy(?) who never showed up.
I read all the bad yelp reviews however i decided to try because it is very close to my work.
I went today for a wash and had a flat from a nail in my tire. A few of the guys immediately offered to change my tire for me. They took the time to help me out when they didn't have to!! Great group of guys!
I asked how much it would cost extra. Instead of giving me the price, he asked me how much it is worth to me?????????
This car washes great you have a monthly fee and you can get all the car washes you want me treat you good car washes are clean
