LOVE how organized the merchandise seemed to be. Specifically the clearance section. However I waited FOREVER at the customer service counter. Took 3 people to help the one woman in front of me, none of which could've spared 2 minutes to help me instead of making me wait so long. I finally gave up, wandered around the store, returned to the customer service counter where I STILL had to wait for the same 3 customer service people to help the same one customer.

Well, it was good...the sweet lady in jewelry waited on us and she was so happy to help...but the supervisor in shoes seemed a little tired and so donavan was glad to go check on shoes in back...
The store is well organized and well stocked. They also have reasonable prices.
Staff are reasonably helpful. Facilities are clean and maintained. My chief complaint is the merchandise offerings. I'm in my mid thirties, so I'm not a teen, but not yet a "seasoned citizen". I prefer classic style with bold colors or patterns. So much of the clothing here is just blah. JC Penney has a better selection, and better prices too. The shoe department is full of Nike shoes, but I couldn't find one pair of Nike Air. I only went this last time because I had a coupon. I bought one plain white dress shirt because I couldn't find anything else, or they didn't have it in my size.
