This place was AMAZING! I brought my son in the early hours of the morning and Blake, Hailey, Kayla,Tristan, and Dr.Morales made us feel very comfortable. I love how they were very attentive to my sons needs. This made me feel very relaxed in a stressful situation as a mother. Very kid friendly. You were AWESOME! I highly recommend going here. Tonight was my first experience with Hospitality ER, and it was absolutely amazing. My daughter was sick with fever and sore throat and we were seen immediately. The entire staff was helpful, kind and always asking if we needed anything or if they could assist in any way. My daughter became pretty upset because a throat swap had to be done (to check for strep) and before I knew it one of the staff members had 2 pink goody bags and told her as soon as she got her throat swab, she could pick one! What a wonderful idea! It worked great and she loved the Frozen goodies that were inside. Thank you to everyone at Hospitality ER!
I absolutely love Hospitality ER. You experience nothing but exceptional hospitality throughout the entire staff. Thumbs up to the owners who went above and beyond in the planning process to make sure not only the patients needs are met but the families as well. Great Job! Randy and Richard two of the nurses on staff there take great pride in the care they extend to you. They are absolute the Best!!! Everything about the experience is top notch. Best experience at a medical facility I’ve ever had. They took me back to exam room before I got the first page of enrollment papers filled out! All the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Best part, you aren’t waiting for hours! Thanks to everyone at Hospitality ER for the good care you provided me.
