We had a great shopping experience at Ashleys Furniture in Tyler Saturday. The salesperson was courteous, and allowed us to shop the store at our pace with no pressure or hovering, but she was available to answer all of our questions. We found a great couch and love seat at a terrific price.
This store is amazing. From the staff to the in store products my husband and I are so Blessed to have came to Ashelys for our new furniture. They take the time out to explain the each detail and make sure that you are getting the best quality in what you are looking for. They understand the stress and the process of buying a house and buying new furniture to go inside of it. ASHLEY'S AND STAFF YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!! AND WE APPRECIATE YOU!!!!
It took me less than hour to find what I wanted and go through the process of paying for it. The staff was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for reasonably priced furniture!
Order a bed set on a Friday. Delivery was confirmed for Tuesday three times. Delivery driver called me to let me know they broke down and would call back when they got back going again. Never received a phone call. Then was told it would be Friday before being delivered. Customer service was absolutely no help as well. Will not buy from them again.
This was my first visit to Ashley HomeStore. I came in for a sale item online, which they honored. But I was shown around and found a much higher quality item at an even better price! Every aspect of my experience was handled quickly by friendly associates. Delivery was even cheaper than I expected. Great experience!
