Nice store, nice stuff for sale. However, certain staff can act like they care less you came in! After a perfunctory greeting our 'salesman' walked us thru the entire store in about 1.5 minutes, then stood there another minute, then wandered off! Very poor experience here.
Great and friendly service, not pushy in the least. There is a great selection of furniture.
Not happy with their return policy and the workmanship at all. Returned a bar stool chair that had unmatched bolts underneath, one was stripped. Also, they sawed the metal (gear like) pedestal under the cover of the stand and the chair wobbled badly. The chair was a $299.00 chair, it should've been assembled correctly. Then when I returned it, they'd said it would 6 to 8 days before we'd get the refund by mail in a check....even though I paid in CASH. This is totally unacceptable. When you return something (especially a few days after been delivered) you should get a refund in cash like it was paid.
