I've been a member at KH for close to 4 months now. I started out at Apple, then LA Boxing, then Anytime Fitness, and then came here. I've never been to a gym with such a common level of courtesy among the members and helpfulness from the staff. Every trainer that works there has an impressive level of expertise--even the owner Kelly, a former Mr. Texas and Mr. USA, is in there training somebody every day when I get there. To me, that alone says a lot about a gym and it's management. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. And if that isn't enough, it's the only gym I've been to in Tyler that has no contracts, no enrollment fees, you just go in and pay for a month and you have a month to work out or go to the classes. They don't make you commit like most gyms, before you even try the place.

An amazing group! Kelly is by far one of the most down-to-earth people I've ever met. The yoga classes in the heated room are great!
By far the best gym I have ever been to. Great prices and the culture is second to none. If you want to get fit go here. If you want to be social and flex for each other go somewhere else. No other gym in Tyler can say they have a Mr. Texas Mr. USA as the owner.
