Great gym! Owner is really nice and love the workouts he plans! (Update 426-17: I have lost 10 pounds since joining about a month ago! Love this place!)

I have trained with Paul since 2010. I had only been in Tyler a few months and Paul encouraged me to try personal training with him. I had been there done that before and didn't believe in training. Paul was different though, he aligned the workouts to fit my personal goals and treated me like family. He was flexible with my schedule and motivated me to love fitness again. Since I was new to Tyler, I didn't know many people and Paul introduced me to other people that trained with him, which made me feel welcome in a new city. Great results in a shot amount of time. Paul coach’s for impact with out injury and has live up to his word. Today I witnessed him opening up the gym to 40 Marine recruits just to help them get ready for boot camp. Way to give back Paul.
