Admission staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my mother here for Laboratory testing! The Lab Technician that took the orders was not very professional. She handed me the specimen jar and told me to go in the restroom after Mom and collect the specimen. She said she didn't want to do it and wasn't going to!!
Excellent staff and care! I was hospitalized for several days recently and could not have been more pleased with my visit. The nursing staff, in particular, took excellent care of me and were exceptionally kind and accommodating to my visiting family members. I am thankful for the level of care I received and, while I hope not to be hospitalized again, I am grateful to have had the level of care that I did.
Had surgery here on June 23rd and the staff was absolutely wonderful! They made me feel confident and safe. They were very informative of my after care as well. Would highly recommend this hospital.
Update: Just went to ER at ETMC. Dr and staff were great! Really amazed I had a decent experience in the emergency department. Updated my rating from and 1 to a 3.
I went to the er for abdominal pain nausea and vomiting. The Dr (womack) had a very bad bedside manner and was very rude. I don't appreciate being told I'm going to die from cancer in my old age because I've had a few cat scans at their facility. I'm never going there again.
My husband had day surgery here and so far everything has been wonderful. Everyone I've met has been very nice and informative and they call throughout the procedure to keep you in the know. So far, it's been an excellent experience.
