Completely rude In the emergency room area. I absolutely hate this place. Will not go back
5 PM just came from there taking my daughter to the hospital because my daughter was passing out she 16 the staff was very rude especially the sign in guy at the emergency room entrance , he kept telling me he didn’t think it was very important she seems fine they wouldn’t be able to find anything that go ahead and stay here waste your time and I’m like seriously this is how you treat your patience and your clients I just couldn’t believe my eyes what I was hearing very disrespectful mother Frances is way better at least they take their time to try to find out what’s going on very very disappointed
I loved my experience at UT! They made me feel calm and comfortable when I was very nervous.
Best emergency room! They are polite, helpful and the wait is not long for non life threatening visits. The clinic is super and all the doctors and nurses are friendly and interested in taking care of you. I love this place!
